At THE MAN STAG, every garment is cut and finished by hand. We want you to feel
confident in every purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, returns,
exchanges and refunds work for orders placed on our website and paid through
our payment partner, Razorpay.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been dispatched.
Once an order is handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled — please follow the Return process below.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept return / exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items marked Final Sale, innerwear, customised pieces and accessories such as fragrances are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, email themanstag294@gmail.com with your order ID, reason and a photograph of the item.
Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or share a return address.
3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order ID.
We will arrange a free pickup and offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days from approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
For UPI / Net-banking / Wallet payments, refunds are usually credited within 3 to 5 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — kindly share your account details when raising the request.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except in the case of a damaged, defective or wrong item.
5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If your payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, or if you have been
charged more than once for the same order, the amount will be auto-reversed by
Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. If it does not, please write to
themanstag294@gmail.com with the
Razorpay payment ID and we will resolve it on priority.
